Analyze development gaps and assess current HR Modules Enhancing the recruitment function and filling in the capacity gap Building strong foundation through setting structure, processes and solid internal systems Fostering accountability and aligning efforts towards organizational goals

Employee Assessment: Assessment Center using international tools to qualify Change Agents Recruitment & Selection: conduct workshops, revisit plans and analyze shortlisting process. Organization Management: create organization structure and JDs for after analyzing formal and informal structures, organization charts and analyzing roles and responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits: design the grading structure, salary scheme and benefits after analyzing market salaries. Learning & Development: performance Appraisal and Management Feedback, followed by creation of Annual Training Plan
